Before Signature Club existed, Divan was building his own e-commerce brands. He needed sales, had no ad budget, and did what any overly committed founder would do:
he sent his website link every single day to everyone on his Snapchat list.
And, surprisingly, it worked… for about a week.
Then people started blocking him — including friends.
That was the moment he realised: “There must be a smarter way to grow without having to rely on only the people I know.”
So began the late nights, the research, the experimentation. And that’s when he discovered organic content.
He started posting daily on Instagram. Sales increased.
Then TikTok came along — and everything accelerated.
Business owners noticed the growth and began asking for help:

He helped a few people, and the results were undeniable.
Everyone kept saying the same thing:
“You’re onto something — you should offer this properly.”
Slowly, the idea became a decision.
